Turn Around Time

Strap N' Guard Accessories Co. can take up to 1 business day for turnaround time. Turnaround time does not include shipping time.
Orders placed before 1:30 p.m. EST will be processed same day.


 However, our turnaround time may vary during peak seasons with high volume. This would include Holidays such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's. At these times our turnaround time could change to a 2-4 day turnaround.

Shipping

We ship all items via USPS. We have outlined our current shipping options below. If you need a different shipping option not offered below, please Contact Us and we may be able to accommodate your needs.


The following fall under the Domestic Shipping option: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Marshall Islands, Guam, US Samoa, and US Virgin Islands.


1. Standard Domestic, 5-7 Business Days: $5.99 for the first item, and $2.00 per additional item in the same order.


2.  Expedited Domestic, 2-3 Business Days: $9.99 for the first item and $3.00 per additional item.


3. Next Day Domestic, 1-2 Business Days: $24.99 for the first item and $5.00 per additional item.

International Shipping is available!

For orders shipped outside the United States, please be aware of Customs fees - such as taxes and duties - when your order arrives. Since these fees vary from location to location, CUSTOMS FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN SHIPPING CHARGES. Please check with your local customs office for more information on the fees in your area. Refusal to pay these fees will result in an undeliverable order. If returned, we do not refund shipping charges, and may assess restocking fees to cover return shipping expenses.


When placing an order that requires a specific receipt date, please note this on your order. You can also notify a Strap N' Guard Accessories Co. customer service representative by contacting us here so that we can ensure your order reaches you in time. There is a fee for rush or same day orders. Please consult with our customer service representative for this information.

RETURN POLICY

For all Merchandise purchased through our website, you have 30 days to begin your return. Unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days of the original invoice dates.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Intimates cannot be returned.
- Gift Card cannot be returned.

RETURNS ( if applicable)
If you decide to return your product(s), we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to complete processing of your return.

1. If you would like to return your product(s) ordered through our website, first you will need to Contact us for an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. You will receive the return shipping address along with you RGA number.

2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. All returns, and returned items will be assessed a 15% return processing fee. These items must also be returned in their original packaging and in new or unused condition. If the item(s) appears to have been used, the item(s) will be returned to the customer at their cost and no credit will be issued.

4. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for any returned product.

*Please Note: for all items that are shipped for "Free" we reserve the right to deduct the shipping and handling cost from any returned items from customers total amount plus the 15% return/process fee.

5. We strongly suggest having a Tracking number on any product shipped back to us. You should email the Tracking number to us once available. If there is no Tracking number, there is no way for us to track your return. For any items lost en route back to us, please deal directly with the company shipping your item.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES / CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED GOODS

Before shipping our items to you, all items are carefully inspected to make sure all is working 100%. If you receive an item that is damaged due to shipping, it must be reported to Strap N' Guard Accessories Co. within 2 business days of receipt so we can repair or replace the item.

Damaged items will be repaired or replaced only at the discretion of Strap N' Guard Accessories Co. If it is determined that there is no damage, or damaged was caused by use or misuse from the customer, the item will be returned to the customer at their cost and no credit will be issued.

All damaged merchandise due to shipping must be returned in the original carton in order to file a claim with UPS or USPS.

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
